How does the universe actually teach you? It uses the third great archetype of consciousness, known as Catalyst.
Catalyst is absolutely everything that meets your senses. The weather, a flat tire, a beautiful sunset, a rude coworker, or a loving embrace—all of these are perfectly designed stimuli. Catalyst is not random. It is generated by the universe (and often programmed by your own Higher Self) to force you to pay attention. The universe presents you with friction so that you must make a choice: Will you react with fear, anger, and a desire to control? Or will you react with patience, acceptance, and love? Without the friction of catalyst, your soul would remain completely stagnant.
☕ Today’s Micro-Practice: When something unexpected or frustrating disrupts your plans today, pause before reacting. Shift your perspective and say: "This is not bad luck. This is my catalyst. How will I choose to use it?"
