The word "Karma" is often misunderstood as a cosmic system of crime and punishment. The Confederation philosophy offers a much simpler, physics-based definition: Karma is simply inertia.
When you perform an action—especially an action devoid of love or one that infringes on the free will of another—you set energy into motion. Just like a rolling ball in physics, that energy will keep rolling, recreating similar situations and repeating the pattern lifetime after lifetime. This inertia will continue endlessly until a specific braking force is applied to stop it. You are not being punished; you are simply experiencing the ongoing momentum of your own unhealed choices.
☕ Today’s Micro-Practice: Identify a negative pattern that keeps repeating in your life (e.g., dating the same wrong type of person, having the same argument). Recognize it not as bad luck, but as the inertia of your own karma waiting to be stopped.
