After the destruction of Maldek, the Confederation helped transfer these traumatized souls to Earth's inner planes for healing. Eventually, they were allowed to incarnate on Earth to alleviate their heavy karma.
To do this, they incarnated in a physical form that you might call Bigfoot. This primitive second-density form allowed them to experience life without the technological capability to destroy again, slowly healing their deep karmic wounds until they were ready to resume normal third-density human incarnations.
