Catalyst is everything that meets your senses. Every conversation, every traffic jam, every joyful moment, and every heartbreak is a catalyst—a carefully programmed event designed to offer you a choice. The most important catalyst in the third density is the "Other-Self" (other people). Dealing with the self alone is like living without a mirror. When you interact with someone who frustrates or delights you, they are simply acting as a mirror, reflecting your own unresolved inner state back to you so you can finally see it and process it.
☕ Today’s Micro-Practice: When someone annoys you today, mentally pause. Look at them and silently say, "Thank you for being my mirror. What is it within me that you are trying to show me?"
