The universe is not a static, dead container; it is alive and it breathes. The sources describe the creation as having a rhythm, much like a grand cosmic heartbeat.

With each outward beat, the Creator exhales, and intelligent energy explodes into existence, forming galaxies, stars, and planets over billions of years. This is what your scientists might call the Big Bang. After the creation has fully experienced itself, the heart draws inward, and all of this energy and consciousness coalesces back into the central source (similar to the concept of a black hole). Then, the Creator's heart beats once more, and a new creation begins, enriched by everything learned in the previous cycle. We are currently riding this magnificent outward breath.

☕ Today’s Micro-Practice: Take three deep, conscious breaths. With each exhale, imagine sending your unique love out into the world. With each inhale, draw the universe's infinite energy back into your center.
