The veil is deliberate — but it was never built to be perfect. The material is specific about this: the veil is semi-permeable by design. A curtain, not a wall. And through its weave, all your life, light has been reaching you.

You know the places. Dreams, first of all: every night the conscious mind lies down, and the deeper self — the one that remembers — is given hours in which to speak. Its language is not prose but image and mood, which is why a dream can leave you shaken or consoled all day without ever quite translating. The teaching treats dreaming not as mental static but as a nightly diplomatic channel between the two sides of you.

Then intuition — the knowing that arrives whole, without steps, faster than reasoning could travel. Déjà vu, that odd shiver of a script briefly visible. The sudden certainty about a stranger. The pull toward a place, a book, a person, that later proves to have been a hinge in your whole story. Meditation, which does not so much pierce the veil as quiet the noise until you can feel what was always leaning through it.

None of this breaks the rules of the game; the veil holds, faith stays possible, proof stays withheld. But you are not sealed off. You are accompanied — by your own deeps, signaling steadily through the curtain. The practice is not to force the veil open. It is simply to stop dismissing what comes through.

☕ Today’s Micro-Practice: Keep a scrap of paper by your bed tonight. Whatever fragment of dream survives the morning — one image, one mood — write it down and ask: “What might my deeper self have been saying?”
