To understand the harvest, we need the map it’s drawn on — and that map is built from “densities.” The word can sound technical, but the idea is musical. The material describes creation as an octave: seven great densities of experience, like seven notes, each a fuller and more conscious expression of the one Creator, before the octave completes and a new one begins.
A density is not a place you travel to; it is a level of awareness, a way of being. First density is the realm of the elements — earth, air, fire, water — the Creator as raw matter, just beginning to stir. Second density is biological life: plants and animals, growth and instinct, beings reaching toward the light and the first flickers of self. Third density — our density — is where individual self-awareness fully ignites, and with it, the capacity to choose. Above us lie fourth density (the density of love and understanding), fifth (wisdom), sixth (unified love and wisdom, where the two paths reconcile), and seventh (the gateway home, the return to the Creator’s silence).
The whole cosmos, in this view, is a single rising scale, and every being — rock, redwood, human, star — is somewhere on it, climbing. You are not at the bottom and not at the top. You are at the precise note where the great choice is made.
